Tax Senior

Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Tax Senior to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and delivering high-quality tax services to our clients, including high-net-worth individuals, S Corporations, Partnerships, and C Corporations. The Tax Senior will be responsible for overseeing tax returns, conducting research on complex tax issues, and providing strategic tax planning and consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
Supervise and coordinate the work of junior staff members, providing training and guidance as needed.
Manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality service and effective communication.
Conduct tax research to resolve complex issues and identify planning opportunities.
Develop and implement tax planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals and trusts.
Assist in budgeting and managing deadlines for tax projects to ensure timely completion.
Maintain efficiency and accuracy in all tax-related tasks and deliverables.
Collaborate with clients to understand their unique financial situations and provide tailored consulting solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in public accounting or tax services.
Strong knowledge of tax compliance and tax planning for individuals and businesses.
Experience with S Corporations, Partnerships, C Corporations, and Trusts and Estates.
Proficient in tax research and tax-related software.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and supervisory skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining a high-quality work product.
