We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our team and manage financial accounts related to construction projects. Duties will be responsible for creating financial reports, conducting financial analysis, recording payments, and maintaining accounts receivables and payables. Additionally, they will be required to provide billing and revenue analysis to ensure accurate financials and profit/loss statements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable for construction projects
Collect payments for projects and ensure accuracy of invoices
Produce financial statements and reports
Analyze financials and provide recommendations for improvement
Conduct revenue analysis and provide billing support
Ensure accurate profit and loss statements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
7+ years of experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable
Experience in construction accounting preferred
Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis
Ability to work independently and multitask
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
