Title: Regional Sales Manager - Southern California

Location: Hybrid schedule in Southern California

Compensation: Base $120K-$150K + Commission

Position Overview
The Regional Sales Manager for Southern California will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence within the region. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing customer relationships, and leading a team to achieve sales targets in the electronics and interconnect industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities in the Southern California market.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management review.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote company products and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years sales/business development in the electronics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices, with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
