Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law, showcasing a strong ability to navigate complex transactions and provide sound legal advice to clients. This position plays a critical role in advising clients through the intricacies of corporate transactions and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal counsel on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate governance.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents including purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and corporate bylaws.
  • Conduct due diligence and assist clients in assessing the legal implications of corporate transactions.
  • Collaborate with clients, legal professionals, and various stakeholders to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Partner level experience bringing in new business
  • 5+ years of experience in M&A/ corporate law
  • Strong understanding of corporate laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
