We are seeking a skilled and motivated General Liability Attorney to join our Jacksonville office. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience handling premises liability, product liability, or general liability matters. This is a dynamic opportunity to work with seasoned trial attorneys and gain exposure to complex civil defense litigation in both state and federal courts.
Defend clients in general liability matters including premises liability, product liability, and catastrophic injury claims
Draft and respond to discovery, prepare legal memoranda, motions, and pleadings
Conduct and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses
Participate in mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
Provide strategic counsel to clients and maintain consistent, professional communication
Analyze case facts, legal issues, and potential risks to develop case strategies
Work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced litigation environment
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Florida
Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional liability, premises liability, or product liability defense
Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities
