Field Service Engineer

Position Overview
The Field Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at client sites. This role requires a strong technical background in electrical and mechanical systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Install and configure equipment at customer locations
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on machinery
Diagnose and repair equipment failures and malfunctions
Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment usage
Document service activities and generate reports for management
Collaborate with other engineering and technical teams to improve service delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role
Strong knowledge of PLC, MCC, and motor systems
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
